The dollars included with a paid plan don't; they reset on your billing date. There's no separate balance to manage: a month that needs more than the plan includes is covered by on-demand billing, if you've turned it on, at the same rates.

That's a switch. With on-demand billing on, usage past your included dollars is charged at the same rates, as one line on the next invoice, with an optional workspace cap if you want a ceiling on it; generations pause if the cap is reached. With it off, generations pause when the month's included dollars are spent, and nothing extra is ever charged.

One request in flight. A shot list of forty images on a Pro plan runs ten at a time and queues the rest, so concurrency changes how fast a batch clears rather than how much of it you get.

On Enterprise, yes. Bring your own keys for any provider you already have a contract with and we'll bill you for everything else. On every other plan the rates are ours, and they're the same whichever plan you're on.

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect on the next billing date, so you keep the usage you already paid for.
